Simply put, Dream Wisdom Coaching helps you access the profound, life-changing guidance that arises from the creative associations part of your brain, which is more active during dream sleep than at any other time.
Through powerful images and stories, your dream wisdom shows you what is hindering and what is nourishing your relationships, your work, creativity, and yes, even your physical and emotional well-being.
Dream Wisdom Coaching accelerates finding creative solutions to problems and helps you take inspired action to achieve personal and professional goals in your waking life.
I’ve been working with dreams for over thirty years. Because the hardest dreams to understand are your own, I’ve developed unique dreamwork exercises that will deepen your understanding of dreams long after we have worked together. My approach to dreamwork is both intuitive and eclectic.

Preparing for A Dreamwork Session
Simply email me a copy of your dream. Choose a recent dream or one that you often think about. Include several times you will be available in the upcoming weeks and your contact information. Then, I’ll get back to you and set up a time for your session.
If I had an hour to solve a problem and my life depended on the solution, I would spend the first fifty-five minutes determining the proper question to ask, for once I know the proper question, I could solve the problem in less than five minutes.
